Baddha Konasana

The word “Baddha” stands for “Bound” in Sanskrit and the meaning of Kona is “angle”. Baddha Konasana stretches your groin and inner thighs. This is often a really helpful Asana for flexibility of the knees, ankles, feet and hips. It opens and will increase circulation to the girdle region. Thence this is often a really sensible prenatal exercise and might relieve in menstrual issues.

Matsyasana

Another name of this yoga pose is Fish Pose. Spinal Cord and back muscle tissues gets refreshed. It helps to cure asthma and respiratory disorders. Headache caused by stiffness of neck can be cured easily. Practicing this yoga pose regularly helps to cure impotency.

Sarvangasana

Sarvangasana is one of the advanced yoga pose packed with lot of health benefits. It is a total body workout pose.  Blood circulatory system, respiratory system and digestive system will be vivified. While practicing this yoga pose more blood flows into throat, thyroid gland will be invigorated. Sexual disorders are cured easily. Menstrual disorders, frequent abortions, leucorrhoea and barrenness in women are also cured.

Shirshasana

In Sanskrit language the word “Shirsha” means head and “asana” means pose. Increase blood circulation in brain and improve brain function and memory. Cure Insomnia (Suffering from sleeping disorder). Improves digestion. Those suffering from liver disease, headache, poor blood circulation, this asana is very beneficial. Cures spine problems.

Upavishtakonasana

The name of this pose comes from “upavistha” meaning “seated”, “kona” meaning “angle”, and “asana” meaning “posture” or “seat”. It opens the hips while stretching out the entire back side of the body. It stretches the insides of the legs. It stimulates the abdominal organs. It strengthens the spine. It releases the groin. Apparently it calms the brain.

Supta Vajrasana

The meaning of Supta in Sanskrit means ‘reclined’, Vajra means ‘thunderbolt’ and asana means ‘posture’. It helps in curing digestive disorders and constipation. It tones the spinal nerves and stimulates the thyroid and parathyroid glands. It brings more oxygen to the system. It helps in reducing the disorders of both male and female reproductive organs.

 Pashchimottanasana

It increases the fertility factor of male removes the infertility. The menstrual problem will be cured for the ladies. Hip bones will become strengthen. For women can do this asana before marriage can give birth from normal delivery by strengthening their bones and inner reproductive organs.
