Once the conception has occurred the female body undergoes change and the symptoms reflect it. These early signs indicate pregnancy and if you are attentive and share it with your family members or doctor, a pregnancy test can be done immediately.

Tender Breasts
Your breasts start feeling tender, sore, fuller and painful to the touch. This is because of the hormonal changes that begin to occur.
Change in areolas
Areola is the circles around your nipples. A pregnancy symptom before missed periods is the darkening and increase in diameter in the areolas. Also, the glands in the areolas become bumpy.
Fatigue
Fatigue is a common sign of early pregnancy. As the pregnancy hormones rise you get tired easily, feel sleepy and drowsy. Increased heart rate is also a symptom. During this period, you should rest properly and take enough sleep.
Nausea
In common pregnancy term this symptom is called ‘Morning Sickness’. You might have a feeling of vomiting and get nauseous. Hating even the sight of some foods is common.
Bloating
Progesterone is the pregnancy hormone which increases during this period. It slows down the digestive process thus increasing gas in your intestines. This leads to bloating.
Increase in urinary frequency

Spotting
This is also called implantation bleeding. As the blastocyst or a group of cells that will eventually form the baby, gets implanted in uterine lining, slight spotting occurs. Sometimes, it is mistaken as period. Mild pain or cramping will also be felt.
Increase in body temperature
Rise in Basal Body Temperature is a frequently experienced pregnancy symptom before missed period. You feel might feel hot and tired like after exercise. Drinking more water may bring relief.
Mood swings
Mood changes are frequent during this time. Mood swings happen because of increased Estrogen and Progesterone levels. You get emotionally aroused very quickly. Easily getting angry, sad, anxious or depressed, feeling irritable or excessively happy are very common symptoms.
High blood pressure
First month of pregnancy is very important. It is the beginning of the first trimester. As you get used to the changing condition more symptoms begin to occur. Blood pressure rises. Blood vessels get dilated and dizziness is felt. The key is to do easy exercises, keep track of your blood pressure and make necessary diet changes.

- Increased sense of smell and strong aversion of some foods
